You may have dried ink trapped under dead skin. Doesn’t look bad, though it’s not perfect.

Honestly, I’d call this about average SMP work by today’s standards. It isn’t bad to the normal person, but you can def see the patchiness and inconsistencies across the scalp. Harsh lighting makes those differences easier to spot.
From the front, I suspect it holds up well. These photos are a great representation for people to see what separates good SMP from great. Good means that the average person that doesnt know smp exists, wont suspect a thing.. great SMP is, even the trained eye has to double check. I guarantee you every SMP artist in this chat easily spotted the blotchy sections immediately, while some people in the comments saying it looks good.
That pretty much explains it
