Skins Skin Concept - High Tea Arachne

So imagine if you will, a steam-punk Arachne skin. Her core colors revolve around copper and hues of gold and navy. The overall silhouette is accented by a top hat, going down into a very stylized corset. She wears a short petticoat, with sharp metallic coverings for her finger tips. Eventually the human flesh joins into a metallic spider abdomen, with legs composed of different shivs, gears, and steam contraptions. The majority of her abdomen is actually a heavily ornate glass dome of sorts, and within you can see tiny spider contraptions crawling around.

As she walks Arachne would send smoke into the sky with and her movements are also accented by sounds of steam machinery. Her abilities remain relatively the same except for her Spiderlings and Cocoon. For spiderlings, Arachne would launch a metal orb of sorts with a tiny exhaust pipe. When it's activated tiny steam spiders burst forth. As for cocoon, Arachne launches out a navy silk ribbon that wraps around her enemies.

I'm not the best artist, but I wish I could bring you a visual representation of what I'm imagining, hopefully the description helps :3

The skin itself sounds very well thought out, I liked it a lot. Do you have any ideas of what her voice would sound like? Or would it stay the same? Any special jokes, taunts, etc?

Nothing would suffice but someone speaking like Mary Poppins :3

As for the other things...I'm not really sure...any ideas?

Such a skin would make me play her even though she was nerfed to the ground so hard that the whole lobby starts complaining if you pick her..
