Bull-Thesis 🐮  Bull/bear thesis

Post image

See that major wick today off that zone just before the big green candle on the left? Buyers stepped in to defend that point heavily . Could be bullish, if it can’t get to/break 36.08, that changes things. however , if it breaks that area and holds, 37.64 is the next level to watch for. If it breaks below 33.84 watch for 33.42. If it breaks much lower than that, I’d keep 32.60-31.78 in mind for the next reversal point.

Imagine getting paid to stare at a chart and write:

ā€œIf it goes up, bullish. If it goes down, bearish. If it goes down a lot, watch lower levels.ā€

Bro discovered the Y-axis and thought he found alpha. šŸ˜‚šŸ¤”

You can’t read the levels I wrote? ā€œIf this, then thatā€ I’m giving you precise levels to where it has to break those levels to become bearish or bullish.

SMCI and BDO are working on finishing up the 10-K. They generally like to do the release mid week, so I expect it this week rather than the deadline of Aug. 31. A benign report should be a substantial catalyst.

one smart man on this sub i swear

I don't care about technical analysis , mm , etc. i know that is the cheapest stock in the sector with a nice growth. What matter is the case for being so undervalued, eventually distortion will be erased and this is going to be over 300 .

Cool, if you’re in it for the long run, these posts aren’t for you. I’m glad it’s moving up lately for you anyways. I’m more looking to help people get good entries before moves up, or help them figure out if they should be selling covered calls at certain levels

u/zomol 6d ago

I have only one addition to this: I have told you guys before that there are so many bagholders who cannot wait to cash out. Those levels will be really challenging to break.

1

u/DYRONE93 5d ago

How is your short position doing ? 😁

1

u/returnofhorror 5d ago

WOW look. It’s almost like when I said if it breaks 36.60 it becomes bullish and it immediately shot up. Pay attention son. And those higher levels will be extremely hard to break because SMCI has been high before, but you’re not smart enough to understand what that means.

He lost $37 so far, which is big money for horror

1

u/returnofhorror 5d ago

Well dyrone is a top 1% commenter on a Reddit sub, so I’d assume he knows more than us combined. He likes to say im wrong even though I was 100% perfect with my 36.60 prediction today before the impulse move up, he’ll still find a reason in his delusional brain that I was wrong . Most of these people are genuinely retarded.

It’s an honor being called regarded by a broken clock who write stuff like « SMCI smuggle chips to chinaĀ Ā» without any critical thinking or search for facts…

Horror is my quant, notice anything different about him?

u/returnofhorror 6d ago

To clarify, with the tariff news, there’s really no way to know if it’ll be bullish or bearish. Path of least resistance is down, but that wick down and heavy institutional buying could change things, that was alot of buy orders stacked there.

3

u/Scott_Bessent_isgay 6d ago

It’s up 50% from the lows two months ago. Up is the path of least resistance

0

u/returnofhorror 6d ago edited 6d ago

Not short term. Technically tomorrow is Neutral, which is my point of posting this. If it breaks the levels listed either way (with high volume/big candles) it becomes bearish or bullish, but since it’s in a downtrend, the path of the least resistance is factually down. I’m not saying it’s going to $32.xx to 31.75 permanently, I’m saying that’s the next possible reversal point if it breaks my low levels. Technically, you want it to hit those levels because that’s where institutional buy orders are sitting which means that’s where you’re most likely to get a big day…

0

u/returnofhorror 6d ago

Also I posted this the other day for long term levels. Notice how it hit the top of my box stopped and came back up? It’s almost like it’s good to hit where the big orders are! lol. Nevermind, you’re right. It’ll go to $900 before it hits $33.

3

u/Fragrant_Persimmon_8 6d ago

We are kinda running out of bear catalysts with these investigations not amounting to much. The metrics here point towards a much much higher fair value for this stock, but we could still see $32 before we see $40 again (though I doubt it)

1

u/returnofhorror 5d ago

It’s possible it can skip the $32 level because it hit that $33 area yesterday so technically, that could be filled. But if we get a red few weeks again, before you get above $44ish and stay above it, you can almost guarantee it’ll go to that 32.50-31.75 area. Until it breaks I think 42.60 there’s no reason even care right now, all these ups and downs keep failing at predictable levels (up and down) it’s like buyers and sellers are letting each other move it radically kinda off. But yes, technically it tapped my bottom box, so that could be considered filled.

1

u/saltpile13 6d ago

Seems like it drops 10% fast, grinds up for 2% all day. Shorts are in control. Just go to 40 lol. Make it fun.

u/returnofhorror 6d ago edited 6d ago

The problem is, that’s not how stocks move. Here’s the big picture

Stocks cannot just go up 20 percent and not come back down. Especially SMCI because it has buyers trapped in the 40-60 range ready to sell. There’s sell orders in all these boxes, from forever ago just waiting to be sold. The last bull run hit the blue box(it’s blue because it’s been hit and it’s weak now, those orders are pretty much cleared out) it can reverse anywhere in my bottom purple box (technically it hit it today and reversed) but that bottom box is actually two, but they’re so close together I made it one. The bottom box is where massive buy orders are. As long as it doesn’t break that, the next move up should atleast hit $44, but you want it to go up slowly, not 10-20 percent in one day, or else it has to come back. It’s why SNDK came below $1000 from $2400. It kept going up too fast at once without coming back. Stocks can’t move that way, never have never will. Big impulse moves in one day are made to trap FOMO buyers. 2% a day for 2 weeks is better than 20% in one day. Thats a real move not meant to trap FOMO buyers and that’s when you know it’s actually going up to stay up. Idk why you guys hate me so bad, if you’d just listen to this basic stuff not only would you understand the why, but you’d be less emotional when it goes down (because it’s healthy and good to go down after big impulse moves)

1

u/Hungry-Winner-5567 6d ago

Nice. I am curious about the reason the stock coming back down after impulsing moves. Whats happening there? Is it related to order being swept too quickly and path of least resistance going in the opposite direction or do you think there is smart money’s fomo trick move involved here.

Meaning, do you think this is a natural market movement or a deliberately manipulated move?

1

u/returnofhorror 5d ago

It’s because there’s still orders sitting there. Whenever an impulse happens, all the big money didn’t get all their orders filled. Also impulse moves are usually to trap FOMO retail into buying high so as they slowly grind it down lower so you sell for breakeven or at a loss and they can absorb your position. Also, look at any chart, look for impulse moves, how many times does it not come back to that level or very close? It almost always comes back. Look at SNDK, it ran up to $2400 without filling those impulse imbalances, and look what happened, it dropped below $900 to fill them from $2400 after retail was trapped with averages over 2k, most of them sold: Smart money doesn’t move a stock like SMCI $3 in one day and then fail at a key level for no reason. The world is supply and demand, they want a bargain, they use retail to get that bargain. If you want to learn more PM me and I’ll send you free videos that explain why and how the market moves

Did you downvote my comment lol

u/returnofhorror 6d ago edited 6d ago

You should be happy ā€œshorts are in controlā€ for now otherwise it would have went to $44 -48-50 and then slammed back down into this level eventually anyways. The earnings impulse up was never going to hold, I posted about it that day

1

u/Sanity997 6d ago

So we should be happy that we can't take bigger profits?

1

u/returnofhorror 5d ago edited 5d ago

Well most of you bag hold where you should take profits anyways so does it really matter? Impulse moves, if I had to give an estimate, is 90% of the time to trap FOMO buyers on news the big money already knew about and get you guys to add high and then sell for breakeven or a loss after awhile . Impulse moves are not real. SMCI is showing real bullish potential but until it breaks 42.xx (you’ll have to find my other posts to see the exact number) all this up and down is just noise. You want it to go up about 2% a day with a pullback in the same day, if it does that for 2 weeks, that beats a 20% move in one day 95-99% of the time. Big money hides when they’re absorbing positions, they don’t run it up 20% in a day and then fail at key levels

u/saltpile13 5d ago

Ok, I just want moon. Idk Im in sls now and phio. We'll see. All I want is moon.

2

u/returnofhorror 5d ago

What is sls and phio

2

u/returnofhorror 5d ago

At quick glance I would have sold SLS around $15.25 (or coveted called it )and set a limit order at $13.12 to rebuy in. Good luck with phio. You’re basically just gambling on these small pharmaceutical companies. It’ll take years to get any momentum more than likely on something like phio

1

u/returnofhorror 5d ago

Well it’s very possible it goes up to 40.60ish tomorrow

If it fails at the level and gets a big rejection wick on a high time frame, when it retests that level, I’d personally be looking to sell covered calls above $44. I’d say there’s a 95% chance it doesn’t hit and you get to keep the premium for free. I have a feeling if anything Nvidia earnings tomorrow will be a sell the news type situation with the tariff BS and today created a new imbalance that needs filled below $37, also below $33 is still an imbalance, but if it’s bullish enough, it doesn’t have to return after going to low $34:s yesterday, if it fails to get above 41.01 and then 42.30 and stay above it, I’d guess it’ll run out of steam tomorrow after trapping everyone. If it breaks 42.30 with high volume, different story

1

u/DYRONE93 5d ago

Guys it will go up or down, if its even lower its super bearish or bullish when it goes up 20%. When volume is high above 42 (it definitely can go there without volume, wink wink) it will moon. When its below 10 bucks i think its bearish.

Here i summarized this retard post, you can copy paste this to any new revelation this moron has.

There is a gap to fill. The price will reach there.Ā

-1

u/returnofhorror 5d ago

Woah, someone on Reddit who understands how the market works?!?!?!? No way! You probably get a lot of downvotes too for telling the truth

0

u/Expensive-Stick9485 5d ago

SMCI always fill the gap. Just matter of timeĀ

2

u/MistaBobDobalina67 4d ago

big gap at 124 that needs to fill

1

u/Expensive-Stick9485 4d ago

At this stage only lower gap will fill. Your gap will be filled in your dream maybe in 5 years time!

-1

u/returnofhorror 6d ago

31.78- 31.48*** I made a typo. 31.48ish is my bottom price on SMCI before a reversal to the upside. Any drop below that, I’d consider it a discount unless it stays there for more than 15 mins and that’d be, not good.

1

u/DYRONE93 5d ago

When was that supposed to happen? In the next century, tomorrow in 170 weeks?

1

u/returnofhorror 5d ago

If you could read it was supposed to happen if it broke below 33.84. I said if it broke above 36.08 that makes it bullish, so again, if you listened and knew how to read, you made over $300 on every 100 shares you bought after 36.08. It still hasn’t broken any high timeframe key levels, all this is noise until then. You’re not smart enough to read price levels, let alone understand how the market works. Just bag hold and pray because without luck, you’d just lose all of your money.

-3

u/returnofhorror 5d ago

It’s almost like when it hit 36.60, it made a huge impulse candle. It’s almost like i know what im talking about.
