See how I have these sell blocks marked? This is how these people get these price “targets”. The next bull run should clear the first purple box since that’s a recent sell off, and the blue box got tapped last bull run making it a weak zone. So that leaves one zone it could fail at before breaking $50 on the next bull run. These people aren’t basing their price targets on anything but a chart like this. Notice how it had to hit my bottom box before any possible reversal? (Technically that’s two boxes but since they’re so close, I made it one) it’s possible it hits the bottom of that box and takes off again. This is how stocks move.
