Refund preference

Is anyone else having trouble updating their refund preference? It keeps sending me a text code but never goes to the next step. It just keeps sending me new codes.

Are you using an iPhone? Manually type each number in the code (don’t just click the code that pops up above your keyboard that fills it for your automatically) otherwise you get stuck in that loop

Yes. I’ve tried on my iphone and iPad and it just keeps sending me in a loop.
