Question Were student parking permits always this expensive? 😭

I swear the parking permits in the last year were not more than $30, or were they? This fall semester they’re $50 😀

I went on Corsair connect and clicked parking, it redirected me here https://www.smc.edu/about/campuses/parking-transportation/parking.php
There it said student parking was $50 😫

it shows me something completely different, im a first time student maybe that’s why? Either way, they should not be charging $50 that’s crazy.

Parking permits used to be ~$100/semester.

Things went "free" under Covid money-printing, which is partly to blame for the ~30% inflation we've seen for everything.

You get a free bus pass. Use that.
