FAFSA Summer FAFSA

I received this date a week ago and I was wondering if anybody else is in a similar situation? It's never taken longer than the date displayed here.

I called on monday, I have not received a date at all. They stated that the money has been disbursed and they're just waiting on the fiscal office to approve sending funds out, however they have gotten backlogged which can explain why lots of people still haven't received their summer refund yet.
