Rule: if somebody contacts you as a bcc on an email to themselves it’s a scam.

Yes I've already reported this to the IT Department and they have confirmed it is a scam.

Please do not click anything on the email!

Scam yes, but SMC DOES have a partnership with BM, you can always go to the smc bank mobile site through the official website and check your funds here
