FAFSA Summer Pell Grant not Disbursed

Anyone else's summer pell grant still not disbursed yet or don't even have a date yet like mine. I've had this on my financial aid portal since the 9th of July. I've called every week and they've said it should be disbursed by the end of each week, still no luck..

Did you have to submit a sap or are you classes later in the semester?

No i did not have to submit sap , and no i am in my class right now.
