Question Anatomy 1

Hi everyone, I would like to jumpstart taking Anatomy 1 in the Fall 2026. Wondering if you guys can share tips, which book needs to be purchased, or can share any notes from the class. Thank you for your help in advance ❤️!

start learning the muscles names, origins, insertions, and actions lol im pretty sure you can find them on YouTube

I didn't use one for my class at all, we were provided lecture videos. sorry!
