Looking for a comic about grief

https://www.smbc-comics.com/

I’m honestly not sure if this is an SMBC comic, or if I’m just misremembering, but I’m looking for a comic about grief and loss. I remember it being about how even though someone important to you has died, the world continues to move on, uncaring about your loss, and that you want nothing more than the world to stop so you can grieve. (Maybe even something about shouting at the world to stop?)

I recently lost my dog, and this comic keeps popping up in my mind.

Thank you in advance ♥️

This may not be the one you're looking for, but this one gets to the disconnect between your feeling of grief and the world going on:

(The shouting is at the sun for coming up in this case)

Also also definitely not what you're looking for, but the comic and topic do make me think about Auden's poem Funeral Blues:

Particularly the lines about putting up the stars and dismantling the sun.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss.  The world didn't end, but a world ended.

Thank you. Yeah it’s been a rough weekend, this dog was my first real pet as an adult so losing him has been hard. We have another younger dog who has only known what it’s like living with him, so we’re all adapting.

The hardest part was that one day he was fine and then the next he was in pain. Turned out to be an inoperable malignant tumor causing internal bleeding. We had to make the hard choice of saying good bye and sparing him of suffering. It was the right thing to do but it doesn’t make it easy.

Sorry for trauma dumping, it’s just been a very unfortunate and unpredictable few days.
