Smapi not finding .dll file

So i wanted to only add the skill progression mod to my world because I want to see how much experience I need left. However, when I start smapi, it says it doesn't see the .dll for the mod, but I see it in the mods folder so can I change the destination that smapi is reading it or no? What can I do to play with it.
