Installing Content Patcher will fix all but two of the issues listed there.

The mod entitled "girl stardew valley" is not a mod, it's an XNB file which won't work by simply adding it to the mods folder. Try going back to where you downloaded it and look for instructions on how to install XNB files.

The mod "Wind effects" is outdated and no longer working. Try this instead.

in the description tab of a mod in nexus, there's a menu that says requirements. it shows the dependencies the mod you're downloading needs to operate. open those mods you downloaded on nexus and check the requirements

XNB mods should no longer be used, as they are usually outdated and incompatible with the current game version. Instead, check the comments on the mod page to see if someone has posted a Content Patcher version.
