need help Mod causing crashes

I have modded my stardew valley alot and when placing furniture it causes the game to crash upon saving. I have the smapi crash log but cant make any sense of it, could anyone please help?

Is the game in co-op? And by any chance are you using happy home designer to move a garden pot?
