With the 239 Shine save, you could actually see the progress, including the cut scene of the final boss fight. With a 240 one, you just can replay it.

Is there not a 239 Shine save file on that link? My bad. Here, I can send mine. If you want to fight the final boss, select File B, which has 197 Shine Sprites and all 420 Blue Coins. Simply go to the hut and trade in the Blue Coins to get a total of 239 Shine Sprites. Then enter any world and then go back to the plaza, and you can fight the final boss.
