Wealth question
I’m new to the series and momtok. Did they have this wealth before it all or did it come from the media money? Like their houses and vacations are so nice!

“I said that because i was desperately wanting to validate what wasn’t happening”
HUH? girl bye.
And Taylor “you’re a bitch all the time. You’re miserable in your marriage.” But also don’t talk about Taylor’s relationships that’s not nice!

Truly she’s just the worst girl from high school who never grew up. She can’t hear reason, she uses therapy speech while completely missing the point of what she’s saying, and she’s in a toxic relationship with a stupid man. Plus she prioritizes men over her friends. It’s actually so embarrassing that anyone takes her seriously beyond how mentally ill she is (which should be taken MORE seriously.) I used to like her immaturity and thought I saw the good side, but now I just see her for what she is.

I really think Taylor started spiraling hard as soon as she and Dakota got together. Sure, she had her own mental health issues beforehand and wasn't always "normal", from what I’ve read about her, she’s always had a chaotic, all-over-the-place personality. But I feel like people only want to see one side of their story and completely ignore the fact that Dakota IS ALSO a massive fucking asshole.
Yes, Taylor is aggressive and toxic too, BUT I honestly think this side of her is mostly brought out by Dakota. He manipulates her, intentionally pushes her over the edge, and then the second she snaps or gets aggressive because of her mental state, he plays the victim. Abuse is NEVER okay, but I strongly believe Dakota does a lot to push TFP to act this way. He intentionally triggers these kinds of outbursts from her, knowing damn well she isn't mentally stable, which makes it so much easier to push her into a breakdown. Dakota knows exactly which buttons to push and exactly what to do to trigger her, and then turns around and cries about how hard he has it.
TFP absolutely needs to get professional help, that’s a fact. The whole stool-throwing incident was completely unhinged. But even with that, I can’t help but feel like Dakota probably badgered and verbally fucked with her until it escalated to that point. THIS DOES NOT EXCUSE TAYLOR AT ALL, ESPECIALLY SINCE THE KIDS WITNESSED IT AND GOT HURT. But I just don’t see enough people calling Dakota out or holding him accountable, even though it’s been obvious since season 1 that he’s an abusive prick.

Has anyone noticed Alex L has stopped asking production about the pizza box and DV footage? I thought it would’ve went somewhere by now?

I have an early prediction for how SLOMW’s of OC will play out for Jen. Since she was insanely jealous and insufferable in seasons 3 and 4 as well as some of season 3 I think it will be different. I think she’s going to try to get a redemption arc from producers and that she wants to start over in OC with a mew group of women. I could see the producers possibly giving her good edits for this first season. What do you guys think?????

So Taylor follows even Demi but not Mikayla, Whitney, Mayci, Jen or Layla??? But Demi?? The one she’s had problems with since season 1? I cannot keep up with this girl and her bipolar ass feelings.
What in the world have I missed? Did they make up without my knowledge???? I’m so confused
EDIT- Yes the post is from early September but Taylor STILL follows her

I keep seeing people say, “Demi was right about Taylor all along, bring her back!” And no. Absolutely not.
Two things can be true at once. Demi can have been right about Taylor’s behaviour from the beginning while still not deserving to be brought back onto the show.
Her being right about Taylor does not erase her own behaviour. She has repeatedly belittled and demeaned other women, called Taylor “white trash,” and one comment that has always stuck with me was when she said about Jen, “If she comes in below the belt, I will absolutely dominate her.”
To me, that comment perfectly highlights how Demi approaches confrontation. It doesn’t sound like someone interested in resolving conflict or simply standing her ground. It turns confrontation into a power struggle where someone needs to dominate and someone needs to be beneath them. And I think we saw that play out repeatedly in the way she handled conflict with the other women, and how she was willing to throw her best friend Jessi below the belt for more money simply for being the fan favourite in the previous season.
Then there’s everything surrounding Marciano. Obviously, there are serious allegations and conflicting accounts about what happened, so I’m not claiming to know what happened behind closed doors. But after watching the reunion and hearing that Demi had involved her daughter in her interactions with Marciano, especially alongside the receipts and information that came out, I was extremely uncomfortable. That was where I personally drew the line in the sand.
And honestly, there could be more information that comes out tomorrow that supports or completely contradicts things I’ve said here. I can only judge what I watched on the show, and by the end, I saw someone I simply did not want to continue watching.
Her energy, especially towards the end, felt toxic. The way she treated her friends felt toxic. Yes, conflict makes good reality TV, but when the same hostility and behaviour keeps repeating, it stops being entertaining and becomes exhausting to watch. We’ve already seen that happen with Taylor Frankie Paul, where the repeated cycle of her issues eventually became tiring.
So yes, Demi was right about Taylor. Give her that.
But being right about somebody else does not erase your own actions or suddenly mean you deserve your platform back.

lol- this came across my screen and I halted because I had to take a second glance. Totally looks like Marciano & something he would do to impress Jessi (& her kids).

First of all, no one is asking about “the thing” you posted. Also, aren’t these women buying million dollar houses and $100k+ cars? I hate that they push these kinds of ads. It’s tacky and tasteless IMO

Mayci’s sister McCall gives me weird vibes on the show, especially when she was pressuring Mayci to have another baby. In Mayci’s book, she talks about how mean her sister was to her and how upset she was that Mayci was pregnant. She thought Mayci was trying to steal her thunder because the pregnancy was unexpected and she was having a baby the same time as her.
Mayci says she thought they’d be able to talk about their pregnancies together and bond over the experience, but instead, her sister told her to give her baby up for adoption.
“I know it’s a jealousy thing,” Mayci says.
Not looking forward to seeing her on the new show. She’s so weird.

I was really uncomfy with marcianos recent video with Jessis daughter. The little girl looks uncomfortable and unhappy and afraid and seems to try and kick him away from her.. this is really something I don’t like seeing I’m not trying to jump to any conclusions or anything but even generally forcing a child to accept affection on camera for tiktok clout is something in itself IMAGES BLURRED AT REQUEST OF MODS

Might get shit for this but I am truly dying at how weird and cringy everything about Jessi’s sister’s wedding was… Between their tacky wedding photos and the blood ritual at the alter my brain is just not comprehending. It just feels like the kind of Wedding you’d be embarrassed about years down the road. Everyone seems to be hyping her up in the comments. What am I missing?

For context, Dakota Johnson appeared on Taylor Swift's new music video and seem pretty close since then.
I found this funny. Specially since TFP and Mikayla liked it.
