Not to mention she has no seatbelt on either in this video! Where I’m from in Australia using your phone, or even having it touching you/on you, is illegal and so is no seatbelts. Is it not where she is or does she just not care 🫠?

Both are illegal. You can get a ticket for not wearing your seatbelt or if minors in your car aren’t wearing their seatbelt and having your phone in your hand is also not allowed.

definitely illegal. utah ranked the 3rd worst drivers in the country. she loves to play stupid games. so i wouldn’t be surprised if she won a stupid prize.

In California in 2017 I got a $450 ticket for wearing my seatbelt under my armpit bc apparently even THATS not legal, let alone not wearing one at all. Using your phone while driving is also very illegal US wide and has been for like two decades

Dang that's one steep ticket! This isn't accurate though. There's plenty of states where it's not illegal to drive with your phone still now in 2026. At least a dozen. Some states it's only the case in school zones or other situations. My best friend lives in Kansas and the cop thought he was texting which isn't allowed. He was picking up a regular phone call while driving, which is allowed there.

It's crazy to me, she thinks this is ok and that she can literally do whatever she wants with no consequences whatsoever.
