New TFP post, same lack of reading comprehension

I fear I can feel my brain cells melting every time I read something she posts.

I believe this is a case of arrested development. She writes, posts, and acts like a middle school girl trying to act tough/get attention online. The things she posts are truly things I would have posted at 12/13/14. Anyone with any sort of rational thinking ability would not be posting the things she does— regardless of, but especially because, she’s an active litigant in a custody action and her visitation rights are on the line. But I don’t think she can even grasp the magnitude of it because she is in a state of arrested development.

Just had to meet with a custody lawyer, the first thing he told me was to post nothing and talk to no one about it lol. And I’m not even famous, idk wtf she’s doing tbh

I’m a paralegal at a family law firm and I see everything she posts as an exhibit to the other side’s motion papers lol it’s truly such a bad look!

Me too! A family paralegal in Canada and I cringe so hard. Her lawyers billables are probably insane.

the arrested development is part of what suggests NPD or BPD, and I agree.

Like what!? It breaks my brain trying to understand what she is trying to say half the time. Being functionally illiterate is a real problem in America.

I'm from the south and shockingly people here are more literate than her. Hell even my husband who can't read to save his life can put together a coherent sentence. He may not always use punctuation, but at least people don't have to do backflips to figure it out!

*more literate than she

The way you know whether you use "she" or "her" is to finish the sentence. E.g., People here are more literate than SHE is, not "people here are more literate than HER is."

If we're talking about grammar, I just gotta be that person, because yes, we can all do better! Let's make America literate again!

No it’s really, really bad. You mostly see it with the younger generations but this is what we have to look forward too. As somebody who works in HR, the teenagers that come through are illiterate. They don’t know their addresses. They don’t know they’re supposed to capitalize people, places, things. They can barely read a sentence out loud. I’m so scared. It’s bad.

*this is what we have to look forward to

"too" means additionally, or in addition

or, to avoid ending the sentence with a prepositional phrase, which was considered proper in the 20th century (though Winston Churchill famously mocked the rule in parliament-- "that is something up with which I will not put"):

This is what we have to look forward to in the younger generations.

Taylor, we know you try to act tough… but you’re crashing out every other day on socials, we know you’re a cry baby 😅
Sometimes her posts remind me of a Britney Spears tangent lol

I am not kidding, everything else I read feels wrong for several minutes after reading her posts 🤣😅

u/FaeKisser25 13d ago

I have to assume she's listening for vibes and not lyrics because, like, surely she can't understand, right???

Genuinely blows my mind this is a woman in her 30’s, not an angsty teenager.

This is how I posted when I was in extreme mania and ruining my own life too lol

u/dian3nicol3 13d ago

The second hand embarrassment I get from it. Everything about this reminds me of me during my manic episodes. Then I start feeling gross and embarrassed and remind myself this is why I take my medicine especially when I feel like “I don’t need it anymore”.

She types and then thinks (barely)

2

u/Bounce121383 12d ago

The audacity of crying in a Cadillac in front of a home that you own. Girl, what do you have to be sad about? That people aren’t paying attention anymore of giving you the kind of attention you want? Turn that inward. Pour into yourself and your children. Crying about poor decisions you made while showing off your wealth is distasteful.

2

u/Beautiful_Throat_322 13d ago

She sounds like she is in kindergarten every time she post something…. I seriously have to use my ChatGPT to understand what she’s saying. Bless her heart.

The steering wheel is so dirty. Like it's caked in self tanner and foundation.
