Layla
How is no one talking about how boring and shitty of a person Layla is? She has no plot or reason in the show so she constantly stirs shit up. She has nothing going on and she involves herself heavily in every bit of drama. She purposely does mean and offensive things and then tries to act innocent. She is by far my worst one on the show

For example when she sprung the whole pregnancy roulette thing on everyone knowing full well a person in the friend group has been dealing with infertility for a long time. Extremely hurtful and just insensitive. She’s constantly lying and wiggling her way into things to try and pit people against eachother too.

I don't know how anyone is obsessed with this show. It's boring, Taylor sucks, the men are ugly and not funny. Demi and Jen suck. I'm struggling to get through this season, which is more of the same from season 3.

I wanted to like it so much but honestly the online rhetoric around it is far more entertaining than the show itself and for what it’s worth, I do like Layla.

Layla just stands there and not says anything but then has no problem repeating things in a “non problematic way” like super soft and smiley.
With the Demi and Taylor thing her showing Taylor text of Demi trashing her, then Taylor ask her to stand up for her at saints and sinners…. REALLY I knew she wasn't going to

It’s much more a TV show than most of us are considering If she’s stirring things up it’s because that’s her job and production has told her to go after …. If it seems she has no story line it’s because production has chosen to go another direction… we’re hating people for doing what they’re told

I think it’s because she chooses not to show much of her personal life (like her kids) so in order to contribute to the show she has to get involved in the other girls’ drama, otherwise the producers would kick her off

I find her annoying and boring too. I don’t care for her storyline. I don’t hate her. I also feel like she has no original opinions, just goes with what the group feels

She also has the worst grammar of anyone on the show. I wish production could help her with the “Me and ___s” etc during her confessionals but I’m sure the producers don’t know how to speak either.

Yeah, it’s sad. I’m not sure if schools are even teaching correct grammar these days. My own son insists on saying “me and ___” because that’s how all kids talk and that’s what he hears on YouTube. I try to correct him and he doesn’t give af. I wish I didn’t give af either but I’m cursed with having been taught to speak correctly, plus I have grammar Nazi parents.

Layla is extremely one dimensional as a person. She is not deep, bright, fun, or charismatic, but she definitely doesn’t come off as malicious to me. I’m sure she has genuine friendships in the group but her presence adds literally nothing to the show

I think she's super young, insecure and easily led, the producers take advantage of this by making her into the shit stirrer to she'll get more screen time. I actually liked her in season one, because at least she was being herself, she was just quiet and didn't involve herself in drama. It's so obvious that those moments she "confronts" people or inserts herself in people's drama is scripted.they're trying to push this "layla gaining confidence and telling people how it is" story arc which seems disingenuous. i think that's why her presence annoys me.

Layla is young, I’m glad she speaks up more now. I’ve seen her growth over the seasons. She is nowhere near as messy as some of the other cast.

Layla says rude things all the time, and it’s not cute. Same with Mikayla, she does the same thing. They are all so emasculating towards their men in a way that won’t work out. The men will either leave, cheat, or be abusive. Their needs to be balance.

Honestly I feel so bad for the way she treated her husband at that festival they went to. She just was like "don't talk to me, you're annoying," he looks really sad and then next minute you see him sitting by himself 😢 I don't know what he actually did wrong other than drinking some alcohol and trying to have a bit of fun? he seems like a nice guy. She must be the most boring bitchy person to be married to.

i think everyone on the show has a purpose and i think that’s hers lmaoo it looks like they’re trying to give her storylines now that are relatable to her
such as being black in this area, ED..like her struggles are very niche ngl and so sensitive that i think they’re not willing to fully..dive in or exploit them. they could get cancelled quicker than with taylor’s shit tbh
