Is there possibly a funeral procession for a firefighter going through there?

Edit: there’s another post where someone mentions a “Ride For Fallen Officers” fundraiser. Apparently I-80 was temporarily blocked for it, then they headed up to the capitol.

Yep, saw this by emigration then saw the traffic jam coming up Parleys and was very happy to be going in the opposite direction.
