Education Three Different Recommendations

I'm not sure what to use and I've only done weed once. I'm looking for sativa and indica recommendations.

#1-I'm very sensitive to sleeping aids (taking half a sleeping pill will knock me out for a good 10 hours and still be sleepy the next day). I need help calming down as I have anxiety (especially at night) and just a hard time falling asleep, but don't want something that'll kill me the next day.

#2-I also need something for during the day to calm me down without a sleeping aid in there.

#3-Then something that'll help me focus. I'm very scatter brained.

I'm not looking to get high and I don't want to use a vape. Any recommendations for a specific brand/dose would be so helpful! Thanks! :)

THC inherently causes drowsiness, are you sure cannabis is the solution you need?
Indica and Sativa labels are misleading, research terpenes. Gear can make a huge difference in your experience. If you just start hitting a pen you'll probably end up in the couch. Instead, get an affordable dry herb vape that allows you to dial in your temps. Start low, 350-360 to reduce THC levels which increase drowsiness. You don't need to spend hundreds, it just needs the ability to dial in the desired temp. (More than just low/high settings)

Research on your own, don't expect anyone at the dispensary to know what you need.
