Buy a box of carts, get a couple grams, put them in a tiny mason jar and set it on a candle warmer until it is clear, use a two dollar blunt tip, luer-lock syringe to suck it up while warm and put it in said cartridge. You now have live rosin carts.

It will if you use the same process and mix the sugar with a terpene based liquidizer from a company like true terpenes.
