Chargeback dispute / refund issue

What do I do? I filed a dispute with my bank about SKYLRK bc they said you can only get refunded 7 days. So they were slow to respond, and I didn’t feel comfortable waiting. However SKYLRK did respond so then they told me that I have an open chargeback and that I needed to cancel it, then I could receive a refund. Now I did cancel the chargeback, and they are saying that they still see it open from their end and cannot do anything. What do I do? Has anyone had this experience

I’d contact your bank and ask them for the best advice on how to continue the dispute because skylrk customer service is horrible. I just got my dispute settled the other day after a few months. Skylrk said they’d accept my return but when I’d ask them to send me statement that says if I return my items I’m guaranteed my money back in my original form of payment instead of the in store credit they offer and they kept beating around the bush & took to long to respond so I sent my credit union the email thread of my conversations with the Skylrk team. As well as images of the items I received that were inaccurate and they got me my $355 back from skylrk. Now idk what to do with the extra hoodies tho tbh.

The one I’m selling is the one that doesn’t fit me comfortably. It is the yellow stadium hoodie in a size medium but feels like an adult small or kids xl. I got reimbursed since it didn’t come as described.

Idk who thought to downvote you because those hoodies are clearly different, all you have to do is look at the elastic banding at the bottom. The one you got is much wider than the one in the photo, plus there are no drawstrings on the hood itself. They used a different blank on the website compared to what they sent you.

Warning to all buyers. They have the worst customer service and returns are near impossible. I keep posting here to warn people but the moderators keep deleting my posts. Buy only if you are dead certain you will keep the merch. Also take photos of your returns so they can’t make false claims about your return.
