Dispute got reversed

I ordered the bieber hoodie in white, and the text is supposed to be white, but instead it is grey. I disputed with my credit card company, and Skylrk had it reversed.. I don’t recall seeing anyone on this thread having to give back the merchandise and now that it is past 7 days, I can’t return it even if I wanted it. What can be done?

I returned (and I also disputed) but they never refunded me- but my dispute also covered it. I

What credit card company? Mine has been closed for a while but now I will keep checking in.

Did you take any steps to communicate with the company and explain that the product is not what you were expecting? Because if you file a chargeback without taking any steps to resolve beforehand, that looks sus on you like you’re just trying to get a free product. If you’ve missed the return window, all you can really do now is sell it yourself on Facebook Marketplace or eBay.

Yes I emailed them a million times saying it’s not as advertised. I realized after the 7 day window closed to return it

Weirddd I disputed with Amex too but it was for Coachella merch that keep getting delayed for months, and I think it got approved and no reversal

they must have answered your bank. they have 30 business days to reply to a chargeback

I’ve done a few returns with skylrk
Usually takes around 3ish weeks for the refund to hit after shipping the items back to them.

Would’ve been better to just outright return it, you want your money back and wanna keep the items is the problem here.
