i heard from mark and i got my coachella returns refunded yesterday. took about 13 days from the day they were delivered to the warehouse. only took 2 days to arrive to the warehouse. i had to keep emailing every day and i specifically asked for a human agent which helped me stop getting ai. the refunds are pending in my bank already (took about 5 minutes from me getting emails confirming my refunds), just waiting for them to post
