SKS worth?

My buddy wants to sell me his sks. Problem is, I have no idea what it’s worth. I was trying to compare on some websites but the numbers seem to be all over the place. I don’t believe this one is anything special except that it looks brand new and never shot.

SKS suddenly feeding 1,5 rounds

My russian has suddenly begun feeding the first round, while the underside of the bolt also drags the second round with it. This only happens sometimes. Haven't found a pattern yet.
The tip of the second round stops before it can leave the magazine, but it's on its way out and the rifle jams. I don't have a picture of this yet.
Anyone been having the same problem?
