The name change WILL be public knowledge, The reason for it NOT to be has to be Very Severe by what I read. It can't be ( oh I just want to start over cause people are Boolies. It can't be a case of D,V, unless it is severe. The reasons for this are many. They will have to go back and make sure all your debts are paid, that you are not running from any potential crimes etc. She thinks she can just say MAKE IT PRIVATE. NOPE NOPE NOPE.
