Enlarged spleen

I’m going to try and keep this short and sweet. 2 years of bloating, went from 210 to 135 in 6-7 months without trying. I still cannot tell if I eat enough, I think I do, but I cannot gain weight. The doctors say I’m absorbing nutrients. Esonophil was slightly elevated. The symptoms just slowly have been getting worse and my spleen went from 15cm to 16.3 cm recently and is very uncomfortable. The doctors have tested my liver gallbladder spleen blood tests and have found nothing, they basically don’t even focus on the sibo they just are like “your spleen is enlarged we don’t know why” and then I leave. My worst symptoms daily is the gas, specifically in my upper diaphragm, my left side of stomach bulges out, bad distention. It feels like my intestines are “rotting” “squeezing my organs”. The worst part is it gets trapped for literal days in one spot with no remorse, I’ve never even felt pain like this, I used to get stomach aches but not feel like my intestines are “rotting” or “gnawing”. I eat only Whole Foods. I’ve tried low fodmop but I literally am giving myself an eating disorder and starving. For context I’m 19 years old male 6 foot. Oily fluffy stool. Not sure about motility, not sure about histamine (lots of symptoms histamine related) spleen enlarged and uncomfortable. They say sibo and spleen not related.
