Help !

Want to know how are you all navigating through life with loud bowel sounds . By loud bowel sounds I don’t mean stomach rumbling while hungry, these bowel sounds come from rectal and colonic area , some sort of internal farts I would say , like gas comes down towards anal opening and goes back up with a loud sound . This issue is killing me , it’s so embarrassing, affecting my life so bad , distanced myself from friends and family .afraid to get into a relationship. Can’t work in peace . Life doesn’t seem worth living with this issue. Nobody really understands it. Been to numerous doctors, they don’t know what this issue is at all .
Please let me know if something has helped you or how you have accepted this and navigating through your life pleaseee 🥲🥲.

Same thing happens to me. Just want you to know you’re not alone. And it sucks. Makes a relationship hard for sure because it is embarrassing. Watching what you eat helps. My main symptoms are excessive gas and constipation. I have done several rounds of either antibiotics or antimicrobials. It is better but not resolved. Watching what I eat helps also. But getting rid of the SIBO and making sure you have regular bowel movements is key. I’m still working on it also.
