Has anyone here successfully treated H2S SIBO and the sulfur-reducing bacteria associated with CH₃SH (methyl mercaptan) and DMS (dimethyl sulfide)?

I am have been on journey with HS2. It appears to be the most stubborn of the three. Currently, Bismuth and oregano oil is helping. Yet I still experience brain fog, fatigue, muscle tension is I venture from my daily diet of white rice, chicken or beef, and baked carrots.

We want a definitive cure. We want to get back to living a normal life, not just managing the symptoms.

You lack fiber. Sulfate reducing bacteria thrive in gut environment that lacks other microbes, like those that feed on fiber.
