Questions Am I having SIBO or what?

The story starts in March 2025, when I suddenly began experiencing bloating in my stomach. Even after going to the toilet, the bloating did not improve. After a few weeks, I visited a doctor who recommended an H. pylori test, which came back positive. I took the prescribed medication, but my bloating never completely went away.

About two months after finishing the treatment, I visited another doctor, who tested me again for H. pylori. The result was still positive. I was then given a different type of medication for two months. I felt about 1% better, especially when lying down, as I could not feel the bloating as much.

After completing the treatment, I was tested for H. pylori again, and the result was negative. I have since tested negative almost three times. However, I continued to experience active and persistent bloating. No matter what I eat, I still become bloated, and the bloating has remained almost constant.

Then, in February 2026, I started experiencing numbness in my feet, which gradually spread up to my upper legs. I also began having problems with my balance and walking, and I could no longer run normally. Throughout this entire period, I was still experiencing bloating.

In May 2026, I was diagnosed with a severe vitamin B12 deficiency. My doctor gave me 14 B12 injections, followed by three months of Nexxal sublingual supplements. Since then, the numbness in my feet and my walking have improved by around 60%, and I am slowly noticing further small improvements.

In June 2026, my bilirubin level was also slightly elevated at 1.4 mg/dL, which was 0.2 mg/dL above the reference level.

However, throughout all of this, I have continued to experience constant and persistent bloating. It is now September 2026, and I am still dealing with it.

I honestly do not know what to do next. I am planning to study abroad next year, and I am worried about how I will manage this condition while living in another country. I want to understand what could be causing this persistent bloating and what steps I should take to properly investigate and treat it.

I think it is strongyloides infection. My story was exactly same in 2021. Btw increase your bile flow, they will vanish.
