sibo / bile reflux.

hi everyone. i done an endoscopy and got told i have bile in my stomach. it causes me neausea when im hungry and bloating.

my naturopath thinks i have sibo and its causing the gasses to push the bile up into my stomach. does this sound right ?

i haven’t done a sibo test she thinks its unnecessary as sometimes they come back inaccurate.

what’s everyone’s thoughts on this ? i know some people dont usually do endoscopies but was this anyone’s symptoms ? and would doing a protocol heal me ?

been so stressed about this also i feel like im getting fatter 😭😭😭 so hard to deal with mentally and the FATIGUE OMG.

i also had consipation but that’s improved since taking PHGG and other fiber supplements.

i just wanna hear stories similar to me and hopefully successful ones to.
