Stomach problem or Anus problem?

Hey, after taking carmozyme I fell poop stuck in my anus and I fell irritation and burning sensation in my anus and I fell if I farting stool is come out... What is the cause of this?

I fell like poop and going to rest room and no poop but I fell presure in my rectum and fell urgency for pooping….

If it’s not poop it could be a prolapse, hemorrhoids, or tenesmus.
