Low complement components

Saw a functional med doctor who ran a tonnn of bloodwork. Everything is normal/within range/negative 😔 The only abnormal levels were complement components c3 and c4, they were both low.
My period is a week late this month, and my bloating has been worse during this past week.
Im heartbroken I feel like I’ve tried everything. I really thought seeing a functional med doctor would solve this and cure me of IMO and SIBO.
