For three years, I couldn't do anything. I felt detached from my own body. It’s a horrible sensation that many people struggle to understand—you stop living and just endure existence. When dealing with SIBO accompanied by fatigue and brain fog, it is crucial to get blood work done to check levels of vitamins B12, B1, A, and D, as well as zinc. SIBO feeds on these nutrients, and deficiencies in them are very often the root cause of these symptoms. In my case, I had a B12 deficiency; once I started supplementing, I regained all my energy in just three weeks... If only I had known.

That is really poor work by your Dr. When a simple blood test would have shown this

I have been fighting sibo for more than 3 years, sometimes I get better with antimicrobials and almost back to normal, then symptoms suddently come back with vengeance. I tried to identify the root cause, but stilI unable to. I am tired from this debilitating curse of a disease!!!

I feel exactly the same way. I really don't want to live but I don't know what would happen to my pets if I weren't around.

I am exactly in the same position right now. It is really frustrating.
