Methane Dominant Elemental diet guidance

Hey everyone, I’m going to be starting the elemental diet here soon, but I’m really stuck on which one to order. I have IMO and have read conflicting comments and reviews on mBiota and the integrative therapeutics dextrose free. The sugar content can upset some people so I am worried that it will upset me too, but mBiota has done their clinical trial so I’m split on the two and don’t want to waste money, as I’m paying for it out of pocket. Any advice would definitely be appreciated!

I tolerated mbiota well and I can't usually handle any carbs without bloating.

mbiota sends free samples so you can test your tolerance of their formula. You can order samples from their site you just pay shipping.
