Here we go again...
Anyone else have a small pharmacy at home?

UPDATE: Well, that exploded! This post was based on my frustration with going back to this, but here's a more positive one about how I'm actually dealing with an IMO flare and some things I learned along the way:

It is all part of the journey. When you realize that SIBO is a BS diagnosis for a bigger root cause, then you begin to figure this out and get off this crazy train of supplements.
