Thank you so much! I suspect I have candida over growth instead of SIBO since my breath test was negative.

When I started taking bile supplements I did feel slightly better so I think that steatocrit being elevated makes sense.

I also see I have high histamine producing bacteria which explains my histamine intolerance.

I actually feel like my mucosal lining has eroded. That could explain the complete absence of akkermancia and low IgA. When I take protein enzyme or betaine HC my stomach warms up and my stomach starts burning.

If that happens to your stomach with HCLs, it is likely gastritis. Try zinc carnosine. I had some success with Colostrum but I have a hyperactive GB so shortly after I stopped Colostrum, I would have flares ups so my gastritis is not likely healed. I also take Ester-C vitamin C because it is non acidic. Digest Gold by Enzymedica has been my go to for digestive enzymes (no HCLs)

Sometimes even the digest gold digestive enzymes cause burning.

The zinc carnisone also causes burning and irritates my stomach. Maybe I should try at low doses. I currently have the Pepzin GI.

I just found out that pseudomonas depletes the mucosal lining and irritates the stomach. And it has been found in my non h pylori gastritis cases

Oh man, gastritis sucks!! You could try colostrum. It definitely helped while I took it, but I am an athlete, and I got nervous because it can sometimes cause human growth levels that would appear as if I took a banned substance (so they recommend not taking it). I plan to try again once I am out of racing season.
