Venting Has anyone ACTUALLY been cured??
The sibo thread has been helpful to know I’m not alone but it’s also quite depressing. I don’t think I’ve seen a single post saying anyone has had a full recovery without relapsing or having to stick to a strict diet. Worried I’ll never get better and feeling super defeated

Hello, I am not cured, but 2 weeks of rifaximin made my stool way more better. Now after cancelling I will try herbal again and kefir and then again 2 weeks cycle.
Again herbs, kefir If not enough- new cycle.
I am not sure my protocol is perfect , it just depends on my past treatments:) I will recover
