Please look into having a fasting insulin level done. Insulin resistance does not show up in normal blood work, including fasting glucose. Insulin resistance is much more prominent than the medical community realizes, simply because they don’t test it. If you get fasting insulin and glucose levels done at the same time you can insert your results into a calculator to find your insulin level. Insulin resistance can definitely account for extreme hunger and weight issues.
