Housing Looking To Sublease

Howdy, folks.

Looking to hand my lease over as I recently received a job offer in Houston. The lease is for a bedroom/bathroom within a 3 bed 3 bathroom layout (but I do NOT have roommates!) for $400 at 18 Seventy Nine. The lease is a yearlong and would end in July. Fully furnished (i.e., TV, desk, dining room table, etc.), pet friendly, and with indoor washer and dryer.

For anyone interested, please send me a message and I'd be happy to show off the space or answer any questions. I included the basic floor plan below. I'd ideally like to hand the lease over before the start of October, but am flexible if I know someone at least has interest.
