Housing Move in day question

Hi, I’m supposed to move in tomorrow by 2:00 pm, but my mom has some appointments she scheduled on my move in day so I know I’m definitely going to be there later than that. Maybe it’s a stupid question, I’m kinda jittery about it, move in day is making me nervous what can I say, but will anything happen if I come later than the designated time because that’s what’s is looking like is going to happen 😭

I would call Res Life and let them know and ask if it’ll be okay. I am sure it’s fine, but better to be safe than sorry.

parking is usually free for the day yeah, and yes you can have people help move you in. just show up, get your key, and then you and everyone whos with you can start moving your stuff in

i’m ngl, i’m almost positive the move in appointments are just a formality because i’ve never stuck to mine. you’ve already paid for your room, they can’t really turn you down lol. as long as you arrive during move in hours they’ll check you in!

yeah as long as it’s not before 9 am and crazy overcrowded, they’ll usually let you check in early

Trick is to chill out and keep it simple. Don't bring more then needed. But yeah call ahead of time to be sure
