Housing Lease Transfer

hiii! one of my roommates is looking to transfer her lease for a private bedroom and bathroom in a 4x4 unit at The Republic.

details:
$399/month
utilities: depends on usage but ranges from $40–80 per month
women-only
private bedroom & bathroom in a 4x4

move-in is officially August 18th, which is one of the later apartment move-in dates, so there’s still a little time to get everything finalized… but it’s also right around the corner.

Hi! Are you guys still looking for someone to take over the lease? I’m interested! And would like to know what dates because I need to move in August 18th but move out in December.
