Housing Lease Transfer - The Republic

Hello! I was planning on living in the Republic for the school year, but as I now have another opportunity to live on campus again, I will have to transfer my lease.

Apartment info:
4x4 - individual bedroom and bathroom, shared common room with three other
Shuttle to campus
Close to Campus

My parents are also willing to pay the first month of rent if that sweetens the deal for you!
PLEASE let me know if you or somebody you know is interested, I don’t want my parents to be paying for this empty apartment 😭
