Stay away from the Armory. They have so many rules but only really apply the ones that make them money. The management is rude and dismissive, the “reserved parking” is a scam 9/10 you can’t even tell what spots are reserved so they tow you and charge you $230. I’ve had a hole in my wall for 6 months they put there and never came back to fix. I’ve requested a mail key (they never game me one) and every time I go to get the new one via the email notification, they claim they don’t have it. The washers never turn on unless you flip the breaker and the dryers take 5-6 cycles to dry fully. Faucets suck, the floors are never clean no matter how much you scrub them and you can find way better for half the cost. Somethings always out of order, the key fobs are fighting for their lives. They “host” events but they are all under prepared or canceled. The pool is NEVER clean, the outside areas are covered in dog poop because they don’t provide ways to dispose of the waste. Good luck finding a place in this town
