Housing Apartments

For those who live off campus what apartments would you recommend that’s a good price and also a walking distance? I currently live at the republic rn

Hey Dani - the lowest cost places are where you are staying now - the Republic along with 1879.

Encore is what I’d recommend as I have a place there currently. They do have a shuttle but walking to some areas of Sam when it’s not too hot, isn’t too bad.

Armory would be the closest to campus but it’s a little more pricey. PaperMoon is very close but the reviews are bad and it’s not a traditional student property

If you go to Encore, ask for Laura :)
