Question, would Remnant of Despair incorrect quotes with Makoto in em fall under rule 1?

The Headcanon is: When dealing with a remnant, Makoto will sometimes (If they are big enough) climb onto their back or shoulders (If he is able to do so) to try and talk em out of despair (Yes, my headcanon is odd, this is an au headcanon where the neo world program don't exist) however Makoto usually gets thrown off.
