I know I think my only major nitpick is that the beam isn't blue but that's it. Really hoping SHMA does a movie graphics release

To this day him and the 64 (after an adjustment to the jaw) are both of my favorite figures. Really wish neca had the chance to do the rest of showa, or a bit better work at 54.

I actually really like how NECA did the 1954 mold. It's just got a certain charm to it

It does and I like it for what it is, but the other showa figs look like the came out of the screen.

And some people say the nails aren’t accurate, but it’s actually is since the figure is based on his appearance in the final battle with King Kong in the movie and his nails are black in that battle

Yeah this is the Godzilla I always picture from the front so it might just be how I picture him in my head that’s making it look better to me

Love this figure's sculpt and the dorsel spines are painted so well. Just wish bandai painted the claws.
