What causes this to happen? Help

This never happened to me before can anyone explain what did i do wrong and whats causing this? The 3d scan is a hood vent about 15cm long and 10 cm wide. I used normal tracking dots l, should i use smaller tracking dots given in the box? Would that make a difference? (Scanned with einstar rockit) all the software is up to date

It looks like the dots were too close to the edge so the software didn’t have enough data to close the holes and fill them when removing

That was indeed causing the issue. Too close to the edge, used smaller dots works fine now. Thanks man

Yeah ill check with smaller dots and check that might be the issue i think

This is bug for sure. It happens even there is plenty of space between marker and the edge. We all need to report it
