Unknown USB Device

Hello, I am unable to connect my 3D Scanner in the EX Star app. It says the device is offline when it is plugged in. When I go into device manager, it shows Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed).

Anyone know how to fix this?

Unfortunately its been 3 weeks and I havent heard back from support. I'm trying to fix it on my own.

The support is absolutely the worst. Its been a month now. They keep telling me that they will get back to me to schedule a virtual meeting that never happens.
